to hold briefing about Iran on Feb. 7
Briefing to focus on Iran’s Nuclear Ambition and What it Means to Israel
Iran, the world’s leading sponsor of terrorism, cannot be allowed to develop nuclear weapons.
But having broken international seals on key nuclear facilities and resumed sensitive uranium enrichment research, Iran has shown that negotiations will not suffice to stop its pursuit of atomic arms.
Before time runs out, the U.N. Security Council must sanction Iran: because negotiations are not enough.
And that is why the United States and its European allies must keep pushing for Iran to be brought before the Council.
The Community Relations Committee of United Jewish Communities (UJC) of MetroWest NJ, The American Israel Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC) and Temple B’nai Abraham invite you to a special briefing entitled "The Point of No Return: Iran’s Nuclear Ambition and What it Means to Israel." The program will take place on Tuesday, Feb. 7, at 7:30 p.m. at Temple B'nai Abraham, 300 East Northfield Road, (entrance on East Cedar Street), Livingston, with special guest speakers Howard Kohr, AIPAC Executive Director, and Benjamin Krasna, deputy Consul General of Israel in New York.
This event is free of charge and open to the public. For more information and to RSVP, or call 973/929-3080.
